Privacy Notice

This notice explains what personal data AgenticSOC collects when you interact with our public website and chatbot at agenticsoc.eu, and how we use it.

What we collect

• Chatbot interactions: your name, business email, the messages you send, timestamps, model and prompt version used, and token usage.
• Verification: a one-time 6-digit code sent to the email you provide, stored only as a cryptographic hash and automatically discarded within 10 minutes.
• Technical data: a hashed form of your IP address (not the raw address) and a truncated user-agent string, used to prevent abuse.

Why we collect it

• Verification: to confirm you are a real person with a working business email before the chatbot responds.
• Support follow-up: to respond to your inquiry if it cannot be resolved in the chat.
• Auditability: to keep a traceable record of conversations in accordance with our internal governance and compliance obligations (GDPR, EU AI Act).
• Abuse prevention: rate limiting and automated traffic checks via Cloudflare Turnstile.

Legal basis (GDPR)

We process your data on the basis of your consent (by submitting the verification form) and our legitimate interest in preventing abuse and providing you with support.

Data sharing

We do not sell or rent your data. We use a small number of third-party processors strictly to deliver this service:

• Cloudflare Turnstile — automated traffic verification.
• Resend — transactional email delivery for verification codes.
• Microsoft Azure (EU region) — AI model inference for chatbot responses.

Retention

Verification codes: automatically discarded within 10 minutes. Chat conversations and visitor records: retained for up to 12 months for support and audit purposes, or longer if tied to an active customer engagement.

Your rights
